"When I grow up, I wanna be a..."

HEALTH INSPECTOR.

My son said this to me today. I'm thinking, what the heck???

I asked him why and he had a good reason.

"Dad said that sometimes health inspectors are given free food. Companies hire them to watch the wait staff to make sure they don't do anything gross like pick their nose when they're serving food. I want to be a health inspector because I want free food."

And there you have it.

Free food.

I think he saw the trailer for "Larry the Cable Guy: Health Inspector."

LOL, as much as I loathe Larry the Cable Guy that was the first thing I thought too. :)

Free food is good motivation for a career isn't it? I'd work at Pepsi if it meant I got free Wild Cherry Pepsi. *snort*

Maybe it's a sign he's an entrepreneur? LOL. When I ask my son what he's going to be when he grows up, he responds, "Your boy." Sigh. I guess that means he's going to be one of those Sicilian men who stay at home until they're 35.

Well, if only I would watch some TV I might have known where that was coming from.

Last I knew, he wanted to be a vet. Or an engineer. Or a computer guru. Of course he has always wanted to be a millionaire. ;-)

Bridget, that is just TOO funny! And my son would agree, he wouldn't want to write about it, either. lol

He may not want to write about it, but it would make him want a sno-cone! :)
