This is one of the buildings downtown where I live. A friend of my husband's took it. You don't see that every day -- that's how windy it was yesterday during our blizzard. Kinda funny looking, but helped to reaffirm why I was in a very bad mood yesterday.

Ummm...are the *icycles* blowing?? 'Cause that would be c-c-c-o-o-ld.
No, they aren't blowing. They froze that way. The day they formed the wind was horrible. I've never seen ice cycles form like that in my life and I've lived in lots of cold and windy places.
Zoinks and Egads!! And I groan about it being "cold" here in West Virginia. No more!!
